Grameen activities focus on Healthcare and Education. From a long time, Grameen was trying to setup a university.

The Vision for Grameen University is clear.

We will establish a University not like traditional ones.

Most Universities today prepare students to seek jobs. At Grameen University, our goal is different, we want to prepare students to become job creators, not job seekers.

Our focus will be on young people, especially from rural and underprivileged communities, who are full of potential but often left behind by conventional systems.

This University will not just teach theories – it will teach how to solve real problems.

Students will learn about social business, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and innovation with one clear mission: to improve the lives of people in their own communities.

Grameen has always believed that poverty is not created by the poor, but by the system around them, Grameen  University is our effort to change that system – by building human capital that is not only skilled, but also socially responsible and action oriented.

We are not just building an institution – we are building a future where young people become leaders of change.
